Criminal Record Checks

Global Vetting undertakes to conduct criminal record checks in the countries from which these overseas workers come.

It is recommended that checks are carried out in countries where a worker has resided for six months or more.

The Criminal Record Check information available in each country meets their specific legislative requirements but may not exactly match the full UK equivalent.

For example the timeframe for recording of criminal histories and the severity of offences will vary.

Global Vetting will ensure that clients are fully informed of the standards relevant to each country checked.
