Chau, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is Regional Operations Manager for South East Asia and Pacific.

Chau has an MSc in Management of NGO’s from the London School of Economics and brings 10 years experience working in the international developmental and charity sectors both in the UK and Vietnam.

She previously worked with the NSPCC advising on and promoting child protection in the Chinese and Vietnamese communities throughout the UK.

With extensive international experience and a social and cultural knowledge of South East Asia, Chau provides an effective link with a range of cross cultural audiences.

She has travelled widely and lived and worked in the UK, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Gita Algerova
Regional Operations Manager

Based in Prague in the Czech Republic, Gita leads the Global Vetting operation in Europe. Her responsibility is to ensure high efficiency, productivity, quality production and timely delivery. She is also responsible for the effective training and ultimate management of all European staff.

Gita has wide and indepth experience of business and voluntary sectors in the UK and her home country Czech Republic. She has a wide range of experience from field work to managerial roles. She contributes extensive knowledge of Europe to Global Vetting strategy and operations in the region.
