Ayesh manages the UK office. Her responsibilities include Customer Service, Telesales and the co-ordination of integration with support functions such as, Quality, Training, Technology and Administration.

Ayesha has five years of Contact Centre experience, with a record of excellence in both the Outbound and Inbound Sectors. Ayehsa has a strong track record in working closely with clients to deliver high quality support and excellent service. She successfully completed projects under Yellow Belt and Green Belt towards process improvement.

Anne Forbes
Regional Sales Manager, Scotland

Anne's role is to ensure excellent client service, manage the Scottish-based sales and service teams and grow the Global Vetting business.

Anne has extensive sales and customer service experience and for the past four years, prior to joining Global Vetting, worked within the construction and manufacturing sectors selling a bespoke range of power tools.

Other previous sales roles have been within Arco Safety Products and BT where she sold telephony products.
