Security Industry Vetting Process

The Security industry sets increasingly higher standards for ensuring the integrity of its staff and through the improvements set by SIA licensing: reputations and contracts can be won or lost through unforeseen circumstances not least of which could be the inadequate vetting of staff.

Global Vetting estimate that at least 1 in 9 security staff in the UK come from overseas and have not been vetted in their original countries.
