Vulnerable Adults Vetting Process

The Global Vetting vision is based around the need to make better provision for the care of vulnerable adults.

The Bichard report into the Soham murders highlighted the need to vet overseas workers in the countries from which they have come as well as UK nationals who have been living abroad. Of the estimated 9 million adults who will have to register with the Independent Safeguarding Authority, it is estimated that up to 1 in 9 will be overseas workers.

Global Vetting undertakes to fill a vital gap by providing criminal record checks in overseas countries as well as background reference checks. We will shortly provide a one point of contact provider for all criminal record checking services thereby further reducing cost and time whilst enhancing the security of the environment for the customer.
